Meet Peru Suenos – my first-ever decaf, and one I’m seriously proud of. This coffee brings sweet notes of red apple, rich brownie, and smooth caramel in a profile that’s clean and surprisingly full-bodied. It’s omniroasted, but best shines in filter brews.
What makes this decaf special is the CO₂ method – a gentle, natural decaffeination process that uses pressurised carbon dioxide to selectively extract caffeine, without stripping away the compounds responsible for flavour and aroma. No weird aftertaste, no compromise. If you thought decaf couldn’t taste this good – think again.
