Not every coffee has to hit with pineapple to make a ‘’WOW‘’. Peru El Diamante is the perfect example! Apple pie, raisins, hibiscus – the flavour profile is just right, but it’s the texture that plays first fiddle here. It’s so smooth and round, it makes you want to drink slower so it lasts longer.
Thanks to the washed processing, the profile is clean, balanced but with character. This coffee is not drunk in a hurry!
