Nicaragua Sueños — already our fourth decaf (wow, FOUR already)! In the cup you’ll get raisins, cane sugar, and milk chocolate. The profile is clean, sweet, and surprisingly balanced. An omniroast, though it leans more toward filter brewing.
What makes this decaf special is the CO2 method – a gentle, natural decaffeination process that uses pressurised carbon dioxide to selectively extract caffeine, without stripping away the compounds responsible for flavour and aroma.
