I’m not a huge fan of Honduras coffee, but it’s a different case here. From the first sip you know it’s going to be interesting – the flavours change seamlessly, layer by layer, so that it’s hard to believe it’s still the same brew. Parainema in a washed process – a perfect synergy.
I’d also recommend to take a moment to experiment with V60 or Origami. With the right recipe, it can surprise you with something completely unobvious – like pink pepper in the background. For geeks and fans of playing with gadgets – 100% hit.
