The anaerobic natural brings juicy fruitiness and lively acidity – nine days of fermentation and slow drying make for a bold, multi-layered flavour that’s still nicely balanced. The decaf adds sweetness and round body. CO₂ decaf removes caffeine without touching flavour or aroma.
