Coffees from Ethiopia can differ widely due to the rich ecosystem and multiple wild coffee varieties. This explains the wide variety of flavour profiles. In our case, these are beans from the Sidama region, which is characterised by citrus notes, a complex body and lively acidity.
In the taste you will just find a lot of citrus, flowers, with a long pleasant aftertaste of Earl Grey tea. ME GUSTA!
