The beans come from Costa Rica, from the province of San Jose in the Brunca region. This is a coffee of the Catuai variety, growing at 1,700 metres above sea level and processed naturally. Here is a very sweet, pleasant aroma of dried fruits, berries and spices right from the start.
I definitely recommend brewing it in a dripper, using a coarse grind and five pours. In my opinion, this recipe opens up all the aromas and flavours contained in the grain the best. Cheers!
