The coffee comes from various plantations in Valparaíso, in the Antioquia region of Colombia – a place with a long tradition and experience in coffee cultivation. The region is renowned for its innovative processing methods, especially natural and anaerobic.
This is a coffee for fans of heavier climates: high body and mega intense flavours like grape juice, smoked plum and fermented banana. I’m sure this kind of sticky, heavy coffee will find its fans too!
