Costa Rica Durazno and Salvador Pera are two coffees with a common anaerobic processing, but what makes them different is the intensity of fermentation. Salvador is a coffee that tastes like a dessert for adults: red vermouth, sweet pear and cocoa.
The fermentation in El Salvador is more pronounced and the coffee is heavier and more intense, while Costa Rica is a lighter version, full of fruity flavours. If you are looking for something a little stronger, Salvador Pera is a top hit!
